Natalie Mering, the being behind Weyes Blood, embeds her sublime song in a harmonic gauze of arpeggiated piano, acoustic guitar, druggy horns, and outer space electronics. Propulsive, spare drums carry us across the albums course. There is a faded California beauty to Front Row. A gentle honesty that recalls the finest folk music made on the West Coast of the 70s. The new Weyes Blood record, Front Row Seat To Earth, is the folk music of the near future. Front Row Seat to Earth - Weyes Blood. The Best Of Yann Tiersen Full Album - Yann Tiersen Greatest Hits 2018 - Продолжительность: 1:37:09 Hey Music Recommended for you. 1:37: Row Seat to Earth is the third studio album by American musician Weyes Blood, released on October 21, 2016, by Mexican Summer. The album's cover art was photographed beside the Salton Blood makes serious music, but she doesnt take herself too seriously. Proof of that can be found in the final seconds of Front Row Seat to Earth, the third full-length from the singersongwriterproducer born Natalie Mering. A brass band breaks through the din of hazy film samples and warped classical piano with the kind of royal proclamation that declares, Im here -just as the soiree is ending. Oops Or look to the albums cover. The scene-a river winding through a dystopian landscape, with Mering perched on her side in the middle of it all, clad in a stylish turquoise satin suit-is. Front Row Seat to Earth is Weyes Blood's second full-length album for Mexican Summer, following 2014's brilliant The Innocents. As with that album, here singersongwriter Natalie Mering continues to refine her psychedelic folk-pop sound, placing less of an emphasis on experimentation and spotlighting her stunning voice and introspective, poetic lyrics. The album was co-produced by Mering and Chris Cohen, and like his solo albums on Captured Tracks, it nods toward vintage soft rock production, managing to sound highly detailed and sophisticated yet rel. A step toward the intimate clarity of Front Row Seat to Earth, it still didnt foretell the use of more ambitious instrumentation on Diary , Used to Be and Do You Need My Love , embellished with brass, wire and ivory. Mering counterweights the classic touches with ambient drone here and electronic manipulation there. Weyes Blood brings us back to a time of purer pop music but its very much an album of the 21st century. If pop music was an illicit drug, this album would have a purity of 100

70's inflected awesomeness and Natalie Mering's voice is so good... but my blue-green splatter pressing is noisy as f*ck.
Mine is pretty good, up until the end of Can't Go Home and the beginning of Seven Words. There's a bit of a pressing issue and there's a loud pop that is just unbearable and cringe worthy... Pretty upset about it, but too beautiful of an album to not play it!
Dang, I must have gotten a bum copy. Oh well, good album.
My copy sounds quiet & great.Yeah, I also expected more splatter.
