The second album from Marusha Wir (in english "we") could mean "we" from the raving society? If it was in the style of raveland we could have assumed that. But since this album follows a slightly different pattern in music we might think of something else. Marusha here experiments in different styles of electronic music. But anyway the title is very catchy.

About the tracks now. Original is not a rave track, is a good techno track. House is a cd filler. Only Deep, Unique (awesome), Secret and Lava (didn't understand the purpose of existance of the first 3:15 minutes, but after that is excellent) share some of the rave culture, Sunset is a house style track very good imo, especially if you are in a beach party close to the sunshine! Hopper? What? Shouldn't exist in this album because it's slow and repititive. I liked Adjust. A mixture of jungle, drum 'n' bass, experimental in a way and happy, although a little repetitive. Vermilion the last track, is an electro surprise much like the style we are hearing nowadays but not BORING and innovative that era.
Ah yes, the always difficult "second album". More experimental than her debut Raveland which was a straight forward German style rave record. Wir explores new styles like (tech)house and (minimal) techno, slow and fast breakbeats and a bit of electro at the end. Unfortunately this blend only partially succeeds and for me the main highlights of Wir are the two 1995 singles Deep and Unique. Ironically these tracks still breathe the old rave atmosphere from Raveland which this album seems to be trying to escape from. Not to say that her house and techno efforts are bad, as tracks like House, Sunset and the rather experimental Lava are solid productions.

It's at the end, after the track Unique, where this album gets into trouble. I have no idea what Hopper is supposed to be. It's a slow breakbeat track that sounds like it's just 5:43 of practice in how to control a sampler with a sequencer. The track never goes anywhere and gets repetitive quickly. The same goes more or less for Adjust, only at a higher tempo. The album ends with the ok, but IMO again a bit too repetitive, electro track Vermilion, which unfortunately can't make up for the previous two tracks.

All in all it's a nice find in your local sales bin, if only for Deep and the album version of Unique, but I wouldn't have bought this back in 1995 at the full price myself.
