Living in America is the debut album in English by Swedish new wave band The Sounds, produced in 2002 under the Warner Sweden record label. The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry awarded the album a platinum certification in 2003, denoting sales in excess of 40,000 copies. County Down Irish: Contae an Dúin is one of six counties that form Northern Ireland, in the northeast of the island of Ireland. It covers an area of 2,448 km2 945 sq mi and has a population of 531,665. It is also one of the thirty-two traditional counties of Ireland and is within the province of Ulster. It borders County Antrim to the north, the Irish Sea to the east, County Armagh to the west, and County Louth across Carlingford Lough to the southwest. Fellow country-rocking lefties Todd Snider and Corb Lund join him for Bottle in My Hand, but it's Cary Ann Hearst, playing Ann Coulter to Carll's ornery liberal, who helps create a hate-fuck duet for the ages. Released in 2009, Brad Paisley's American Saturday Night was the star's most far-reaching album to that point, taking on such subjects as technology, fatherhood and, in the wake of President Obama's election, hope for the future. Paisley's sense of humor and cleverly worded handling of complicated topics gave his album solid footing beyond country - not to mention his penchant for complex, boisterous guitar solos. Song Notes: Composed by Pete Seeger as a solo guitar piece around 1956. Roots doesn't arrive until the third disc of Down in the Bottom. The previous two CDs feature expanded versions of the 1967 albums The Hit Sound of the Everly Brothers and The Everly Brothers Sing, records where the duo adapted the sounds of the time to their own will. Cass County is the fifth solo studio album by American singer-songwriter Don Henley. The album was released on September 25, 2015, by Past Masters Holdings and Capitol Records. It is Don Henley's first new solo album in 15 years since 2000's Inside Job. In June 2015, Don Henley spoke about recording the album in Nashville, Tennessee, saying: The great majority was done right here in Nashville and I can truthfully say that I enjoyed making this record more than any record I've made in. The Encyclopedia of Country Living by Carla Emery is one of my favorite finds. It is a guide to all things country and, for those of us that dont get down on the farm as often as we would like to, it is a mini vacation from the asphalt warm and inviting trip to your Grandmothers kitchen table and that, alone, is reason enough to pick up a copy for your own library. The Jefferson County Post. I recommend buying this book if you are seriously thinking about living off your land in the country. It will be something you refer back to time and again. Read more. Happily, Cass County, named after the underpopulated area of Texas where Henley grew up, evokes a lonesome state of mind, too, without the all-star guest list turning the reflective material into too much of a party. Henley portrays the end of a marriage in Take A Picture Of This, a track that trades in the pedal steel for tympani on the way toward becoming a bit more Orbison-esque. Too Much Pride, meanwhile, has just enough of a wistful R&B feel to recall Ray Charles' 1960s excursion into country and Western
